The eggs should be fine. Here's something my mom taught me that you can also find online:

Carefully lower your eggs into fresh cold water (do not use salted water) using a spoon.

If the egg stays at the bottom - it is fresh.
If the egg is at an angle on the bottom - it is still fresh and good to eat.
If the egg stands on its pointed end at the bottom - it is still safe to eat but best used for baking and making hard-cooked eggs.
If the egg floats - they're stale and best discarded.

As far as I know they should be fine. A chef that I once worked for informed me that gas bubble in the egg gets larger as the egg gets older. Grade A eggs are sold for a certain amount of time and when the cartons expire they are usually relabeled as grade B eggs because the pocket of air is larger.
Your brownies pry won't turn out as fluffy as they would with fresh eggs either, as the proteins within the egg begin to break down over time.

They should be fine. Eggs can stay good for two weeks or more after their experation date. Just to be safe though, crack the eggs into a bowl before adding them to the brownies just to be sure you don't have any bad ones.

Yes. Eggs are actually good for a couple weeks after the sell by date.

They should still be OK if they've been refrigerated properly.

One way to tell is to fill a bowl with water, and put the egg in the water. If it's good, it will sink. If it's bad, then there will be more air and less "egg" in the egg, and the egg will float.

Yes they're safe to use. The date on the carton means the date they must be sold by.

yep, go for it!

I reckon most things (besides dairy and meat) are definately still ok past the use by date- companys are required to put them on by law, even if it will last years (like jars of olives etc) I mean they even put them on WATER. Eggs definately have a long shelf life!! : )

They are still just fine to use. Eggs have a long shelf life especially if they have been handled properly.

They probably still good. Although, eggs are cheap. Not worth getting sick over! Food poisoning is bad!
