Be careful,don't confuse friendship with romantic love or desire. Are you certain he likes you as a girlfriend or as a friend?
If you are friends you should find ways to drop subtle hints, but don't flat out say it. If you don't care and wouldn't mind losing the friendship if he doesn't feel the same way, then go ahead and tell him.
One thing that sometimes works is if you start going out with another boy (especially if you find a good looking boy). You should see how he reacts to the news, how does he start to treat you after finding out. How about going out on a double date? But don't exaggerate, just be your normal lovable self.
If he tells you that he likes you, but that he can't leave his girlfriend that is a bad sign that you are not his choice, he is not that much into you.
On the other hand:
I want a BMW but I don't ave the means to acquire one right now, should I go and steal one just because I want it/love it?
Remember, we can't always get what we want...
You seem to be very young, just remember if he doesn't like you that way, it's not the end of the world.

If you really 'love' him you would respect the fact that he's in a relationship and back off. I'm sure by the way you look at him he knows your interested so just be patient and maybe he'll break up with the other girl soon...
Just know that if your gonna make him cheat on his girl...he will not respect you in the long run and more than likely he'll cheat on you with someone else. So respect yourself and his relationship.

The guy has a girlfriend so try to be content with being just his friend at the moment. Think how you would feel if some girl tried to steal your guy, I bet you wouldn't be very happy about it!!! I'm curious though, if he does indeed like you, why isn't he with you instead of the other girl? Hope it all works out for you xxx

If you know that he likes you...then why does he has a girlfriend?
Well if you are SURE! VERY SURE! You should call him but don't tell him 'I love you'. Just ask like in a friendly manner 'Wanna go to the movies' 'You want to hang out sometime?' 'Do you want to study together for the math test?' Something like that.
I also recommend that you wait until he's single again.

You don't want to be "that " girl. Their is always plenty of time don't let jealousy and the need to control him, rush things. Be his friend, develope your friendship and let him decide if she is right for him our not. Love him unconditionally, NOT with your body, but be there for him no matter what!! Love is more than a feeling, and physical expressions of feelings! Love is never jealous, always kind, never self seeking, always patient, it endures all things, love never fails, and always hopes for the best.
Learn how to love before you try altering someone elses life with empty words of I love you.

Did he tell you that he loves you or did someone else tell you? If you guys are good friends as you say, then let him know how you feel and let him make the decision on what to do. Good luck!

If he has a girlfriend then he doesn`t want to date you. He just wants to be your friend.
If you tell him you love him while he is dating someone else, you will freak him out and he may not want to be friends with you any longer. If he knows how you feel and still is going out with someone else, then he is playing you and you should find someone else to give your heart to.
So be patient and wait until they break up before you go telling him how much you love him.

You say you 'love' him, but then you say you're good friends and you 'like' each other.
If he has a girl friend, I would suggest you stay out of it. Remain his friend for now, and if and when he's no longer involved with someone else, then you can tell him how you feel.

No, if he has romantic feelings for you, he'll break up with his girlfriend and ask you out. Otherwise, all you are doing is trying to break up his relationship with the other girl. Would you like if someone would do that to you?
Besides, you are worth to be pursued, and are not desperate to try and take someone else's boyfriend, right?

What's with the people trying to date people who are taken....? I don't believe in that. Leave him alone until he's done playing with her, then he can play with you for a while. Also....if he's playing with this girl, why would you want to be with him only to be played just like her....make sense? Stay away from those bad boys. They will only break your heart.
