This response will only solve 1 part of your problem.
I used britesmile. Problem is it is a couple hundred dollars (I got it onsale for $400). But the best part is that in 1 hour your teeth look AWESOME and it has lasted me nearly 2 years and I am only now going for a touch up.
The $400 divided over the cost of one year (12 months) is under $35/month.
Additional perks are that it is done & over with in one shot. Not a gradual thing. Tooth sensitivity lasts about 48 hours and its done. OH, and you don't have to avoid coffee, smoking, and other tooth-staining stuff all the time, just the first day or two.
I really recommend it and have been extremely happy with the results (and I get nothing for recommending them, I'm not trying to sell it or anything, I'm just a very happy customer).

Safely and naturally.
Mash 1 ripe strawberry with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Brush it on, wait 5-10 min and rinse.
Don't do it more than 1-2 times per week, as the acid in the strawberries that whitens will actually weaken your enamel too (the same things the strips do)

There is a lot of things you have to do to keep them clean and shinny. You could start with;
1. Whitenning Strips which form to your teeth
2. whitenning toothpaste with a variety of tast selections
3. Mouthwash
4. Gum
or it could be just as simple as not drinking colored sodas, coffee and or smoking which can color your teeth. But be sure to also not use to much chemicals on your teeth for they will also become thin and frail.

Well what I have tried is brushing my teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide. You can get it at any drug counter. Use it maximum twice a week.
It worked great for me. Coffee doesnt even bother me anymore from how it makes your teeth yellow, because all I have to do use use it.
p.s. if you use it more than twice a week, it might weeken your teeth so be carefull with that. (also another thing you can do that helps is making a teeth whitening paste out of water, and baking soda with a little salt, and add that to your toothpaste. All I can say is it works faster, but again, do not use it often, it might weaken your teeth.
hope that helped!

You can use the teeth whitening paste.
it looks like nail polish.
but you put it on your teeth before you go to bed or in the morning or somewhere nice.
and its not expensive.
just put it on for seven days and it makes it whiter and whiter each day.
my mom uses it to and it works magically.
lol.
