An aura is a jagged circle that you see when you are on the verge of getting a migraine headache. No one else can see it in your eyes since it is just what your vision is perceiving while you look out, not what is really there.

If I start to see an aura I just relax for a while and it goes away so it never gets to the headache stage. Try that.
