Did you elevate before you did the update? If so, go to the Microsoft Update help area, and click on the email link. All help from Microsoft is free when it is related to the Updates.

I am currently working with issues with Update too, and what happens is you are given an ID incident number, and you receive an email letting you know Microsoft received your request for assistance. Then, within twenty four hours somebody will contact you via email and give you instructions on how to correct the issue.

Good luck and much success if fixing your update issue. Please have a nice day.
