How could a person volunteer at the 2008 olympics?

I'm looking for any non-profit organizations, all help appreciated :)

It looks like it's too late for the 2008 Olympics, but you could try the Paralympic Games in Hong Kong.

look up online find out what places are looking for vollunteers and then there ya go
