I have always been fascinated by First Nation culture. Can anyone help me to find my Spirit Guide and how to contact same? Happy New year to all.

I am not certain it is something you can do without quite a bit of knowledge. I heard it is through dreams but I would suggest contacting a Native center close to you and talking to them. Getting some recommended books and reading up on the rituals involved. Avoid the crack comments from the reborns, they are just jealous that Native religions surpass their God by several thousand years.

I recommend the book "Spirit Allies" by Christopher Penczak. Aside from defining what Spirit Guides are and what types there are, there are many exercises included that help you to connect to your own Spirit Guides.

Spirit Guides are another name for Guardian angles. Pray, mediate, invoke them, ask God for a confirmation (usually comes in threes). No comfirmation then more than likely it is a bad spirit or demon. My guide came to me in a dream only once.

You don't. Your spirit guide will find you when the time is right.
If you go looking, you will just see something and imagine that it is your guide.

I greatly recommend grabbing the hair on the back of your head, and shoving your face onto an open lit grill. Trust me, i found my spirit guide that way. By the way, Toasty!

Be careful, because demons "can appear as angels of light", so how will you know if your alledged "spirit guide" is truly a spirit guide, or a demon from hell, appearing as an angel of light, in order to lure you away from God?
