It goes away in a few hours...it just recently started happening, and i'm not hormonal or pregnant. I'm a 34 y/o female.

I eat VERY healthy, very low sodium...and really don't drink *too* much fluids- I probably should be drinking more as a matter of fact!
I'm an RN too, but that obviously doesn't make me an expert on the subject...

It's called age. I bet it is worse if the weather is cold or damp or there is a storm on the horizon. You are getting a bit of arthritis. If it is really bothersome, try a little ibuprofen or some arthritis rub. Tell your doctor next time you are there.
