Depends on how much time you want to spend on it. I hate cooking, but also hate bringing nothing when visiting other's houses as a guest.
What I would do is get a graham cracker crust and some of those pudding mixes (like Jell-O pudding mix). Doesn't really matter the flavor, whatever you like or mix it up since you have so many crusts.
The little boxes usually have a quick recipe on the side where you mix the pudding a certain way and pour it into the crusts. Throw it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and you've got a pretty awesome pie. Quick, easy, and takes all of about 5 minutes to make and then its in the refrigerator for when you are ready to use it.
And if add just a little extra milk than the recipe suggests and leave the pie in the refrigerator for about three days, it creates this caramel flavored liquid (the sugar and milk pulling itself out of the supension mix) that tastes pretty good, too. Only problem is, it can make the pie a little "off" on the texture (but I think the taste is worth it).

Key Lime pie, apple pie, pudding fillings, banana or chocolate cream pie, of course the cheesecake fillings, a layer of cream cheese, a layer of fruit and topped with vanilla pudding and decorate with dollops of whipped cream--yum.
I don't know any savory recipes or ideas with a graham cracker crust...good luck.
You could also put a package of pudding in a ziplock in the pie crust, and wrap it as a gift to a neighbor or friend, or senior center, or to a nurses station. Make some people happy!

No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake
Filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped (or 2 cups of Cool Whip)
1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice)
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, and refrigerate until serving.

No-bake blueberry cheesecake with graham cracker crust
******************************************************************
Filling
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (measured from 2 envelopes)
12 ounces Philadelphia-brand cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 cups fresh blueberries
Topping
1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
4 1/2-pint baskets blueberries
2/3 cup blueberry jam
For filling:
Pour 1/4 cup water into small saucepan; sprinkle gelatin over. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir over very low heat just until gelatin dissolves. Set aside.
Blend cream cheese, cream, sugar, and lemon juice in processor until smooth. Add berries; puree until smooth (some blueberry bits will remain). With machine running, add warm gelatin mixture through feed tube and blend well. Pour filling into crust. Cover; chill overnight. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Keep chilled.) Run knife around pan sides to loosen cake. Release pan sides. Transfer to platter.
For topping:
Beat cream and sugar in medium bowl until firm peaks form. Spread cream mixture thickly over top of cheesecake. Place berries in bowl. Heat jam in small saucepan over low heat until just melted. Pour jam over berries; toss to coat. Mound coated berries in center of cream, leaving 1-inch plain border. Chill cake at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
