I have this weird sensation in the back of my throat and I'm 3 weeks out of my operation. I have been sneezing more and more. Also throat has been a little swollen more then usual lately. Swallowing of food is fine. Also, I had my adenoids removed as well.

Is this normal ? .. is it the stitching bothering my throat?

There was complications with my first surgery where I was released the same day after operation then started coughing up blood (roughly 6 oz until I got to the operating room) when they went back in for more surgery and courtirzed my wounds even more and suctioned a pint of blood out of my stomach.

it's probably your scab coming off.
It will be really nasty and feel like something is peeling and hopefully you will spit it out.
sorry for the graphic description but i remember when this happened to me and yes, it was about 3 weeks after surgery.
but follow up with your doctor to make sure.
