I am 26 & just wondering what is the time for my 1 1/2 run and amount of pushups and situps for my pft? a friend just graduated on the 21st and he said it was 15 min for my age but wasnt sure about the pushups and situps. Any one else know? And can my wife send me a pic of her and my two little girls?

Hope this helps. The physical standards aren't that hard. Have a friend who graduated recently and he pretty much said the hardest thing for him was learning how to properly fold his skivvies.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're really overweight you won't have any problems.

2 years ago, very annoying. Run it in 13:00 min and you'll be just fine. 45 push-ups will be more than enough and 50 sit-up are good. Don't aim for the bare minimum, you may end up doing the PRT with a cold. Pictures are fine, get them in the mail.
