Everytime i try and open my zune software, a window pops up and says that Zune has stopped working. Does anyone why this is happening? Can someone please help me!! :(

Uninstall the software and reinstall it.
Often computer software becomes corrupt. When it does the first step is to remove it and then reinstall it. This usually fixes any issues with software.
If you do not have the disk it came on any longer you will need to contact either the manufacturer you purchased your Zune from, or Microsoft and get new software, either on a disk, or by downloading it at a link.

Return it to the store, and get an iPod. They work.
