I know a lot of people have asked this question, but i still dont know what to do! How can I create an account without a credit card? I have like 45 dollars in iTunes money, so thats how i want to pay! Please help me! Step by step would be very helpful. I will choose best answer!

If you have a gift certificate or gift card, open iTunes and in the right side is a quick link area, click on Redeem. You will be led through the pages of setting up an account and will need to enter the ID number on the card. Once you have done this you have an account and can refill it by purchasing additional gift cards and adding them to your account.

I'm pretty sure you have to have a credit card to create the account... once you have an account, you can use your itunes money. you dont have to USE the credit card to pay, just to sign up.
