It's called Forgiven, as far as the east is from the west.
additional comment:
I'm sorry, but you can never be a virgin again. These answers that use the word "virgin" in them is not accurate.
You have repented, you are forgiven, and you are loved, and let him who has no sin cast the first stone.
But you can NEVER call yourself a virgin.
I came out of a lifestyle of drugs. Fortunately, I didn't kill myself during the process (Thank you, Jesus!). But I can never say I have NEVER taken drugs. It's part of my life, it's part of my past, and - to be sure - it's what eventually led me to salvation. I don't revel in it, but I don't deny it. I'm not proud of what I did, but I know that if I had NOT been involved with a lifestyle of drugs, I would never have been in a position in which Jesus could have touched me.
I pray that you can be strong in the Lord and in the power of His Might, that you never have to sin like that again, and I rejoice with you over your decision to put God first. But don't try to change what and who you are, or your past. Mary Magdalene had 7 demons cast out of her, and the Scriptures aren't shy about saying so. David committed adultery with Bathsheba, and he received due punishment, and the Bible doesn't play games about it, but he was considered the greatest king Israel ever had, other than Solomon his son.
I pray that I'm making sense, even though sometimes I have trouble expressing exactly what I mean.
God bless you.

Hi, its called secondary virginity, Im not religious really but i found this for you that i think might help ? hope you had a nice xmas take care
Five Steps to Becoming a Secondary Virgin
Make a firm commitment to save yourself for marriage from now on, and believe you can do it. (Because you can!)
Get away from people, places, things and situations that weaken your self-control. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is avoid people who tempt us.
Avoid intense hugging, passionate kissing and anything else that leads to lustful thoughts and behavior. Anything beyond a brief, simple kiss can quickly become dangerous.
Find non-physical ways to show your love and appreciation.
Remember that anyone can start over. Including you! When you focus on commitment and self-discipline, you can control your impulses.

By the way Celibacy has is a synonym for abstinence

Born again virgin? LOL...I have heard it put that way before...but I think you can call it anything you want. Maybe we can start a club or something and come up with our own name *smile*...I had sex before marriage, I even had a child as a result, but, like you, I realized (FINALLY) that God knew what he was talking about when he warned us against sex outside of marriage and I share your new conviction!
Edit...awesome tips Renagade Ronnie! I've even sworn off kissing, but that's just me!

I have heard of a term that describes "re-virginizing" yourself after you've committed fornication and want to start over again. It works for both men and women. I can't remember what the term is, but it's not "re-virginizing", but something close to that.

To go without sex once you have had it is celibacy. To ask for forgiveness having learned the error of your ways and not doing it again is called repentance.

It's not celibate. Celibate means unmarried. The proper term for not having sex is chaste or chastity.
