The doctrine of the Holy Trinity states there is one true God who is made up of three separate but equal persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Bible does not contain the word Trinity. However, the Holy Trinity is hinted at repeatedly in both the Old and New Testaments. For many biblical references, see: http://www.cwo.com/~pentrack/catholic/Trinity.txt
Under the influence of the Holy Spirit, the early Christians prayed and struggled over these hints for a couple of centuries. The concept of the Holy Trinity (three equal persons in one God) was mainstream Christianity in 325 C.E. at the Council of Nicaea and our belief is expressed in the Nicene Creed.
How this works is not fully known and is one the Christian mysteries.
The doctrine of the Holy Trinity is shared by most Christian denominations including Roman and Orthodox Catholics, Lutherans, Anglicans, Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals, Episcopalians, and the Salvation Army.
There is a story told about St Augustine:
Augustine was walking along the seashore trying to figure out the mystery of the Holy Trinity and came up to a little boy. The boy was trying to pour the ocean into a hole in the sand with a seashell. Augustine told the boy what he was doing was impossible. Then the little boy told Augustine that it is also impossible for the mind of man to try to understand the mystery of the Holy Trinity. The little boy turned into an angel and disappeared.
For more information, see Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 232 and following: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt1art1p2.htm#232
The major non-Trinitarian churches are Christadelphianism, Christian Science, Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Arian Catholicism, Unitarianism , Nontrinitarianism, and Oneness Pentecostals.
With love in Christ.

Trinity:
Mr. A: Is Mary wife of God,
Mr. B: No, God is father, Mary is mother,
Mr. A:But parents do not marry?
Mr. B:Oh no, God doesn’t take wife.
Jesus called God father,
Mr. AWhat do you call God, many chrisitans call priests father, does it really
mean physical father. Many still call God father.
Mr. BBut God called Jesus son of God in bible.
Mr. AGod called many people son of God in bible,
Mathew: 5:9
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the sons of God.”
Bible is full of “thy father” many many times mentioned for people, just not Jesus.
Doesn’t it say anything to you? Doesn’t it prove that word father and son at that time did not mean real son.
To call trinity a mystery is a blame on Christ, who said:
John 18:20,
Jesus said, “I said nothing in secret”
He said the truth always, and would have never kept such a thing secret for bad interpretation of historians.
Not all that is there in bible is word of God. Bible contains words of historians, scribes, translators, literature, short stories, sermons, and letters, and many true words have lost their original meaning and context.
A true christian will only be a true chrisitian if he looks at words of Jesus only (completly ignoring what historians say that contradict with words of Jesus.)
Bible was originally in currently dead languages (armaic/ hebrew), with first bible written centuries after Jesus by people who never met him.
The trinity is a false doctrine from about the year 325 AD, based partly on pagan, older triune gods.
It is not in the bible unless you really, really stretch it to fit.
Muslims believe in the message of Jesus the massaya (peace be upon him) who said:
Jesus said:
A) Mark 12:29:
"the Lord our God, the lord is One"
B) Metthew: 26:39:
"He went a little farther and fell on His face and prayed"
Jesus prayed to one God
C) Matthew 4:10
"You shall worship the Lord, your God, and him only you shall serve"
D) john 14:28 reads--
" You heard that I said to you,I am going away and i am coming back to you. If you loved me , you would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father,BECAUSE THE FATHER IS GREATER THAN I AM"
E) Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:
John 8:54
F) But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Mark 13:32
G) Most truly I say to you, the son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative but only what he beholds the father doing.
John 5:19
H) And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Matthew 19:17
I) Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me
John 7:16
Trinity was invented by Paul, an evolved concept in christianity, 200 years after Jesus, and that's how confused and divided the concept that Jesus preached. Word "son" was used in bible for general human beings and other prophets also. "we all are the children of father in heavens" indicates that word "son" was used in different meaning.
The belief that Jesus died for our sins, is not what is Jesus preached clearly. It contradicts with interpretations done by scribes/ historians centuries after Jesus:
Matt 5:20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness (your uprightness and your right standing with God) is more than that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
There is no guranteed heaven for anyone, this life is a test, whether you pass and enter heaven or fail,.
Ex 16:4 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day's portion every day, that I may test them, whether or not they will walk in My instruction.
Matt 3:2 And saying, Repent (think differently; change your mind, regretting your sins and changing your conduct), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Romans 1:25 (New International Version)
25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen
Jesus, Moses, Mohammad (p.b.u.h), they all worship the same God, the God of Ibrahim. All prophets taught "surrendering one's will to God" that is the meaning of word "Islam". In any book of bible you will not find word "christianity", but you will find Jesus teachings to be "surrender your will to God" many times.
Mohammad (peace be upon him) was also a messenger of God, who never claimed to be God, the same way Jesus or Moses never claimed to be God, nor did they ever say worship me.
Look at www.todayislam.com and discover what some most intellectual priests discovered., very interesting stories, makes me cry to see why God sent us here, and what we are doing. There are strong reasons why Islam is the fastest growing religion of the world in general and US in particular, discover.
