I haven't seen I am Legend, but I figure if you're the last person on earth, then the only One you have left to commune with is God. You may as well put your best foot forward and do the right thing. A party of one, so far as I can tell, is no party at all.

What if I am the last person on Earth?
- I will not believe it.
- I will be busy travel all around the world searching for other people.
- When finally I couldn't see anyone, first, I feel happy that I'm lucky enough to be the last person alive (because I believe every creatures in this world human or animal deserves to live, I am not saying live happily or unhappily; that's the creature itself has to fight for), then i will die, I die because as a human being with emotions, i cannot live with nobody around.
* I haven't watched the "I Am Legend" yet.

You must have missed the part in the film where he said there was no god. He was surviving so that he could help humanity. It had nothing to do with god.
As to a party by myself, I think I might go a bit wild at first, but then calm down and get depressed.

Were I the last person left on Earth, I would probably do pretty much as I pleased. I'm not sure how suddenly developing devotion to a mythological character could change or help the situation.

I would follow God. It would not be fun to have a party alone. I think things like parties and having fun would not be interesting for me then.

That's like saying if you were in the forest by yourself and made a noise, would there actually be a sound? You either have a good heart because you want to do the right things or you don't. Whether you are alone or with millions of people.

Well, if I was the last person, that would mean the rapture came and I was deemed unworthy and since all hope is gone, might as well enjoy life, but, it would be tough to "sin" without anyone else.

Why would it matter if you were the "last person on Earth"
Whether or not you sin was supposed to be between you and God. I don't think he needs any witnesses to catch you
