Islam is not the world GREATEST evil. Theism is on of the greater evils in the world, that's true, but that includes, Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, paganism and any other faith that believes in hocus pocus mystic gods and powers.
Islamic fundamentalist and Jihadists are bad, but they are not the greatest evil on earth.
Ignorance, indolence, gluttony, bigotry, profligacy and cowardice are the biggest evils. Fight these problems and the world will be much better off.

Well u answered the question yourself lol.
Did u arive at your view based on the news and articles from the islamic terrorists? who knows they may be nice crazy people :P.
Just assuming the most public voice and advertised media for something is the authority on it is stupid, if so we should believe all adverts on TV, we dont because their **** just trying to sell you something...sounds like religion dont it? always trying to sell you their beliefs, mind u im a christian also.
Facts are the majority of each grp will normally not be very wise to their own cause or function, normally only a small % of the grp will fully understand their situation corectly, the rest merely looks for the best speaker and folows their directions even if totally incorect, that person is there on stage, they must be right, right? or they wouldnt be there...well they may be there because they ahve the confidence, the vainity, the most money, best sounding responses based on the majority and not the wise.
Either way, u cant judge and assume for fact, unless u go there, live and be in it, then after that u can say atleast u ahve a better idea then most around u, but again it is not fact, even the pope can be wronge, we are all human after all and all make mistakes yes?
I do not go to church because i disagree with atleast 1 thing i have heard in every church i have ever been to. So its in the bible, but its purely their opinion what it means, as is mine. A idiot doing a suicide bombing leaving a video behind say its for his religion and God does not mean he is the authority or that all believers are like him, even if almost all of them maybe suiciding.
Anyways you get called a christian because non christians are being hypocrits and declaring such a thing due to narrowminded views, such as many christians declare some beliefs evil without knowing crap :), all sides make mistakes!
We are sourounded by idiots who judge and misunderstand and folow more idiots, why do u think the laziest job in the world is a politics? sitting in a room yelling at each other all day, while getting payed for it...., if it was productive wouldnt greedy money corporates do it? no 5 min meetings back to work, corporations need to be productive to make money, governments need to lie to make money, because we pay them and are tolerent of it as a majority..hence the majority is stupid :).

I don't think you are necessarily a Christian, but there does seem to be a lot of atheists on here that have a soft spot for Islam. They love attacking Christianity, but for some strange reason, will defend Islam whenever its errors are pointed out. However, I have got some news for them, if Islam ever takes over their part of the world, as atheists they will be amongst the first in the queue for the chop.
So by attacking Christianity and defending Islam they are effectively shooting themselves in the foot.

Islam is NOT the greatest evil. It is only the interpretation by extremists that make it evil. See Jehovah's Witness as an example

Because there is an assumption that if you are opposed to one religion that you are in support of another. People cannot comprehend that one can be opposed to a religion based upon its lack of merit because we all want to believe that religion is a positive good in society. It's called cognitive dissonance.

I do however accuse you of being an IGNORANT dunce for condemning an entire religion for the actions of a handfull of radical groups that just happen to be Muslim.
