Me and a bunch of my friends spent a good portion of two days in a hot tub. One to two days after the hut tub all of us started developing pimple-like sores under our armpits and by our waist. They are sore and itchy. Any ideas of what it could be?

Folliculitis (infection-usually bacterial- of skin pores)
They are treated with antibiotics. The bathtub was not adequately cleaned and you need to let the facility know.
You need to go to the doctor to get this treated!

Well for one thing, for health reasons 30 minutes at a shot is long enough to be in a hot tub. Then showering with soap to clean your skin. Plus they have to be kept sanitary. You and your friends are the reason why.
If even one of you have any skin disease it transfers to the water and EVERYONE gets it.
God only knows what it is. Go to the Dermatologist,

Could be the chemicals are off, too much or not enough. Also you could be experiencing an affect from the chemicals. If it doesn't go away soon I think you should see a doctor.
