I'm trying to download pics from digit. camera to my pc . in the past all i had to do was hook it up and follow the prompts but today nothing is happening.....any ideas

for me i have to turn on my camera. try that? you might just have to open the program you normally use to do it manually. when im using the usb for my phone to pc to download my photo program also opens automatically.
also make sure to check your usbs are in all the way or a good one. like the ones on the computer vs your keyboard etc

Try turning the camera to the on position. That works with mine.

auto play could have been disabled...
Look in my computer to see if the camera show up as external hard disk...
If not, we can check the mode on the camera..

you may have to install the driver for the camera on you're pc..

i have to insert my camera chip, 2 or 3 times before my computer reconizes it.
