Ahhh, finally someone who doesn't believe a "holy trinity" is possible. Blood sacrifice was required for forgiveness and blessings during Old Testament times. The death of the man called Jesus was part of "the new covenant", his blood shed put an end to sacrice before God (a title, not a name).
The "do not worship graven images..." part of the 1ST commandment doesn't only apply to golden calfs, but should cover the Crusifix, Mary worship, and all of those Jesus on black velvet paintings some people have proudly dispayed at their home alters. Remember, the Bible was written by man, sometimes hundreds of years after the death of the person attributed to the story.
Notice the individual books were written "as told by", leaving lots of room for people to put their own flourishes on the story.

First, if you are going to disprove the bible, it must be quoted correctly, so that no one can accuse you of adding or taking away from scriptures in order to prove your theory. Though we all know this is done daily from both sides. Supposedly, god knows everything, so by that statement he must have know what Adam and Eve would do prior to even creating them (if you believe that god created mankind). So that statement of yours would be a false one. It would be better to ask WHY did god create mankind if he KNEW that they would sin, wouldn't that be a classic case of a set up? I've NEVER read anything regarding partnership in the bible (maybe I'm not as well read as I would like to believe). But the first commandment in the bible is: "be fruitful and multiply..." gen 1:28. It is a common misconception that god only gave 10 commandments, when clearly the bible is full of commandments, this does not prove that god is real however, only that those who have belief in the bible, have not fully read it with an understanding.
Edit: macanac, I could say no offense, but you will probably still be offended. YOU just help to prove that god is NOT real. IF he was ALL-KNOWING he would have to know that there would be sin. Thank you for your support to the cause.

The trinity (Father, son, holy spirit) is considered to be one entity, manifestations of God, but are still one whole being.
And with the whole Adam and Eve thing, you're under the assumption that just because you know something, means you have to do something about it. It's possible that all of this had to be played out because that's how the sequence of history is supposed to be. This question is part of a greater philosophical question of free will, and whether it can exist with God present. There's no real true answer to that yet.

God , Jesus and the Holy spirit are one and separate-They are called the Holy Trinity. This is a qualified question and hard to understand. We all will know one day . They each have their own purpose.
God already knew- that was why he already had his plan to send Jesus ,in the Beginning- it's in Genesis.
God created us to commune with Him.
God created the Law , to show us just how much He hated sin, and to show us that we can't live within His realm.
He sent Jesus to die for us, so we can, threw Christ, commune with Him again.
God is all knowing and all loving and Holy.

As water can also be steam and ice, so God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, yet one God.
God is outside of time and has known and planned for all things. From the beginning Jesus knew he would have to sacrifice for the sins of all.
For those who would say that there is no God because it is impossible to have no beginning, where would any matter come from for some sort of freak accident to occur to start the universe? Faith in God answers my question, but nothing answers your.

There is nothing about "take no partners" in the 10 commandments. As for Jesus, and the Holy spirit, they are all part of the one God. 3 persons in one god is how it goes. Like an egg, you have a yolk, a white and a shell, but it is still one egg. As for the rest, just think about it. MAN wrote the bible so naturally it will be full of contradictions. It is meant as a guide, not to be taken literally!

Jesus, the holyspirit and God are one. That is, It is the same God. Jesus is God in human form, the holyspirit is God in us, and because he is God, he can be in any form he wants. It's just like if I had special powers that could make my body work seperately from my mind (soul)and my mind work seperately from my spirit. That doesn't stop all of them from being me.
God knows all things and he's not gonna force us to do the right thing. He knew Adam and Eve were gonna do the wrong thing and so he made provision for Jesus to die for our sins. And He let Jesus die because he needed to show us his love. We would never have known his love if Jesus didn't die.

The greatest commandment is "Love God with your whole heart mind soul and strength". The second is like the first: "Love your neighbor as yourself".
Actually it is quite appropriate that God is a community of 3 persons. A family is quite similar and that is deliberately so as God created us and the family in his image and likeness. It is good that you brought this question up.

"And God spoke all these words, saying: 'I am the LORD your God…
ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'
THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'
FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'
FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'
SIX: 'You shall not murder.'
SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'
EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'
NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'
TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'
From the website, http://www.allabouttruth.org/10-commandments.htm
If you read the 10 Commandments, no where does it mention "partners"; no where does it say there are no other gods. It DOES say to "have no other gods before me", meaning that God is to be Number One in your life.
Also, no where in the Bible does it say that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are "equal to God"; Jesus said, "Not My will, but Thy will be done", meaning that He is not as supreme as God (the Father).
There is no reasoning or logic in what you wrote; you need to read about your topic before asking questions.

The '10 Commandments' have been given to Moses by employing God. whilst God sent Jesus to us, Jesus taught a 'softer way' ... he 'replaced' the ten Commandments with one ... Do unto others as you're able to have them do unto you. this is stated as the Golden Rule ... i'm a Catholic, a Christian and that i consistently stick to the Golden Rule ... yet I additionally attempt to maintain the ten Commandments, in simple terms through fact to achieve this means consistently being 'no longer sinful' and that's a robust ingredient ... and that i'm no longer being prideful, through fact i understand i do no longer consistently do a robust activity, yet I do attempt ... so i think of that if one follows the Golden Rule one is likewise following a 'commandment' even however through fact it wasn't given 'without delay by employing God' yet by employing Jesus (God in Human sort) it is close to to being a regulation ... it is a RULE however ... comparable, yet no longer fairly an identical.
