I read online that you are supposed to worm puppies at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks old.I think 2 weeks is too soon,so I started at 4 weeks, didn't see any visible signs of worms,at 8 weeks a couple of puppies left round worms, tape worms, and a couple of hook worms, which you don't know they have until they expel them. The problem is not all of the puppies expelled anything and yet all of them died, so I don't know if it was from the worms or the medicine. This has happened to all of my lab puppies this year and my dogs have had a lot, only a few have survived after I gave them away.I don't want to keep them all,I would rather give them away to good homes than have to bury them. They were all beautiful and colorful dogs.I have a batch right now that are 3 weeks old and I would like any answers right away so that they won't die too.I know it's not parvo I've been through that,it is defenitley worms but how do I keep them alive without killing them with the medicine? Thanks

To you idiots who are telling me to go to a vet have you seen there prices, and I am NOT a Breeder. All my male dogs are fixed, this is the neighbor dog coming over my 500ft fence. And no it's not PARVO had that before, the VET will not answer a question over the phone, have tried that one.It was on a VETS website to give worm medicine at 2,4,6,&8 weeks old,an autopsy is over $100,have looked into that too this is my last resort, and it looks like some of you are really stupid about these things, only dog owners who really know what they are talking about should reply to me,neut. costs over $100,are you rich I'm not and the puppies are not my fault and the law won't do anything about the male dog.I am using the medicine from the VETS office.I did take others to the VET and still lost them so the VET didn't help anyway.I give the puppies away.Thank you to the people who really tried to help and get a life to the idiots who didn't read what I wrote.

Make sure it is a good brand form a farm supply or coop and make sure it's the right amount. I would start now but if you are worried maybe call a vet near you and ask for advice. They will be needing shots pretty soon. They probobly are not completely weaned from the mother yet.You need to keep them up off the ground outside if you have to put them in raised pens. Do not give them anything to eat but puppy food and for God's sake no milk.

Puppies (& their mom) need to be dewormed at 2, 4 6 & 8 weeks of age with a VET APPROVED dewormer...no OTC stuff.
From what you have posted, not to sound harsh, but you are a VERY irreponsible breeder..instead of continually breeding and producing sickly pups you should be taking mom to the vet for a complete work up and also pups should be taken to the vet for complete exams as well.
Until you learn how to properly care for puppies and breed responsibly you should get your dog spayed and not do any breeding.

If you can't afford to get your dog spayed and you can't afford proper vet care and you aren't willing ot listen to people with lots of experience then I really recommend that you rehome your dog....you know in most states what is occuring and not getting the proper care would be considered animal cruelty..you could be fined (a whole lot more then the cost of a spay and vaccinations)), be jailed and loose the right ot ever own pets. GET RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!

Oh and by the way yes you are a breeder you are allowing an unspayed dog unsupervised when you know there is an intact male that can get to her and you are popping out puppies one after the other...you are actually risking your dogs life!!

When breeding dogs, or puppies. when that new batch of puppies come. TAKE THEM TO THE VET, NOW IS THE TIME. before they die. U can not do things ur way. Let the vet give first set of shots. And then u sell the puppies for more, because they have there first set of shots.

Yikes. There are so many places I could start...

Maybe you shouldn't keep breeding until you've sorted this all out??

Have you spoken to your vet? Seems like the best worming protocol and course of action would come from them.

What wormer have you been using? Pyrantel is the most common/safest, unless you have a serious infestation problem (in which case, you need to take a good look at where you're raising these puppies). I've never heard of people losing puppies with pyrantel.

How are they getting the worms? Are you worming the mother? Is the place clean? Stop breeding until you get the problem fixed!

Get help from a vet! If you really care, you will spend the money and get the help you need.

Penny stocks are loosely categorized companies with share prices of below $5 and with market caps of under $200 million. They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/c8109

How about a visit to the vet??
Also it's time to get your females spayed.
No dog should have more than 1 litter a year.
There are so many Labs and lab mixes in the shelter you shouldn't be producing more. Just take a look on Petfinder.

Seems that dead puppies would be a sign that you should stop breeding.

I;m sorry for your loss, but I just don't understand why you are breeding worm filled pet quality labs. There are nearly 20000 labs on petfinder that need homes - what makes you think that we need more?

Added: Ok, so it's an accident. But, it's still your fault as you have unaltered females outside without supervision. Stop blaming everyone else for calling it like they see it. Get your dogs fixed (ALL OF THEM) and your problems will be over. Geez.

That's so sad!! Talk to your vet before you do anything. Are the puppies healthy? Worm medicine contains a poison that kills worms, so if your puppies are weak, they might not be able to handle it. Good Luck!!

Have you taken any of the puppies for an autopsy? Is it possible that they puppies have a congenital/genetic problem such as heart problems that may actually be killing the puppies? Have the parents previously been successful in breeding?
