Why shouldn't they be? Why are you allowed to say stupid stuff on a computer? Because it's a free country.

That doesn't matter. I have a friend who is blind and he had 4 childrens, one is 13 already. He is a good parent, no matter he can't see them they are the light of his eyes and they love him so much.

Why would you want to tell a blind person that they can't have children? It's not as if this is a genetically transferable condition. Do you want to be part of the womb police? China is now trying to prevent its citizens from having children. Don't be like them.

Just because someone is blind, does not mean they will not be loving, nuturing parents. I think you should re-evaluate what the importance of parents is and what it takes to be a good parent. Just because you can't "see" your children, does not mean you can't love and care for them. It's those parents who don't want children or who have addictions that impare them from being good parents such as drugs or other harmful habits that make parents neglectful....not because their sight is impared.

Very funny, now take two red pills and crawl back in to the hole you came out of. Blind people "see" by their hands by touch actually.

Donnie B - China is one of the few nations to take the problem of over population seriously. Over population is the main reason we are in the mess we are in envronmentally speaking. It's the one issue no one wants to tackle.

There is nothing wrong with it. If they are trained to deal with it, I don't see why they can't. Having a disability shouldn't stop you from having kids.

Why shouldn't they be? that would be like asking: why are dumb people allowed to have children? or: why are ugly people allowed to have children?
or how about: why are fat people allowed to have children?
or maybe: why are interracial people allowed to have children?
