Cool.

I am cool (adjective)
She kept her cool (noun) or At the cool of the evening (noun)
The fridge cools/is cooling the food (verb)

The only one that immediately springs to minds is CLOSE.

That was a close call - adj.
I'll close the door - verb
Her house was at the end of the close - noun - a cul-de-sac street with only one entry/exit.

Green?
Noun - Greens as in village green or golf green/vegetables
Adjective - descriptive colour
Verb - green up (as in "the grass greens up in Spring"/"if you feed the grass it will soon green up")
Pale?
Noun - a stake (part of a fence)
Adjective - pale face
Verb - to pale (into insignificance)

Yes. It starts with "f" and ends with "uck", but it is NOT firetruck.
