My alma mater, Univ of Calif Davis, has an Ag Engineering department. Their web site could tell you more. It's all about the engineering and machinery side of maximizing ag yield. They design ag machinery such as harvesters, for example. And they figure out how to minimize the Ag industry's environmental impact such as dirty effluent from dairies.
