upper leg pain?

the day after i have a drink or two i get pains in my upper thigh right round the thigh - has anyone else experienced this or what might it be????

I have never experienced this but it could be as a result of sensitive nerves. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
