Finely chopped celery
salt
black pepper
a few green onion tops, if you want an onion flavor
enough mayo to hold it all together.

Chicken Waldorf Salad
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 red apples, cored &,diced
2/3 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken, apples and celery.
Toss to coat.
Cover and chill.
Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.

Shred the chicken up season the dry chicken after you cook it add some mayo and a can of VEG-ALL along with some celery and salt and pepper to taste squrit of lemon

*********CHEDDAR CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped, pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 croissants, split
Lettuce
Combine chicken, salad dressing, olives, cheese, green pepper and onion; mix lightly. Chill. Fill croissants with lettuce and chicken mixture. 6 sandwiches. Excellent for a hot day!

add chopped celery and sliced seedless grapes to diced chicken breast. (cooked or course) add a very little Mayo style dressing or some bottled ranch dressing. But don;t forget the grapes. Good Luck!

i like to sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning in with my chicken breasts, Hellmann's Real Mayo and cracked pepper. maybe a little chopped onions if i have any in the fridge at the time. a slice or two of white American cheese or maybe some pepper jack cheese, too.

Chop your chicken up - add enough mayo to hold it together. Add some chopped onion, diced celery (for a good crunch), salt and pepper to taste. very easy and very good

bake your chicken breasts in the oven marinated in italian salad dressing...it makes a huge difference to the the taste..then make your salad in the usual way.
