Have you seen him drink a lot? He could be dehydrated. Also, try to get him some new toys. If it persists it might be good to take him to a vet just to check. How old is he? Keep in mind that a puppy is like a human baby. They need lots of attention and lots of sleep. Hopefully everything is ok, but I would still get him checked out.

It depends. First of all, how old is your puppy? When puppies are young, they play, but they also need a big LONG rest. The first time when I had my puppy, I thought he was dead because he was laying at my feet and I kept calling his name but he still wouldn't wake up. After confirming with my breeder, she told me that puppies need a lot of rest and that he's probably snoozing. Lol.

if you are sure that your puppy is in good health, you should try to give him so much love, because he could be missing his Mon, or could be feeling along, then he needs your love and your protection, try to speak with him almost like you could do with a human baby. bye

The reason your puppy is sad is because he is not with his mother. Try handling him alot and giving him lots of love and attention. That should work. Try that! Hope my advise helps.

Try and encourage him, get some new toys and try and spend as much time as possible with him.
If some things still not right take him to the vets.

Dogs can get depressed. Take him on long, easy walks, and take time to just pet him.
Also, get him checked out by a Vet.

You need to take the dog outside and play with it. Pay more attention to it.
