I have two skinless boneless turkey breast 'tenders', about 6-8 oz each. I want to put some dry spices and roast them, but I need a recommendation on the temperature and duration. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'd lay a couple peices of raw bacon on top to raost them or they will be far to DRY to enjoy in any fashion.

350ºF for 30-40 min or until juices run clear or internal temp is 160ºF

I usually do the turkey tenderloin strips at 325 or 350 and then just check them with my meat thermometer. Somewhere in the 20-30 minute range usually is enough. Or, you can flatten them some and they will cook a little faster.
