The baby was crying, i was distressed tryingto get it out. When i finally got the baby out i cradeled it in my arms wrapped my cardigan around it, becoz ot only had a nappy on and was stinking. The baby was very hungry also..........

Really not enough information to go on. But if I had to guess, babies sometimes represent a new found responsibility. And, by it's leg being stuck in concrete it means it is a responsibility which is stuck fast and going nowhere. Also, being upside down means it is not operating correctly and dysfunctional. Moreover, it could be a person who has been newly birthed into something and is going through the same pattern I just talked about.

not fair...your are too vauge, need more details much more. how did you feel when you saw this? was the baby distressed?? is that all, just a flash like a still pic or was it envolving moving. did you walk towards or away. did you try to pull baby out?? don't be so lazy, type in more stuff next time...and why do you have a pic of such an ugly chick? that is not you is it

Not really enough details to comment on this, but it kind of sounds like a project you are involved with had a setback, something is holding it back.... It's apparently not your baby, so maybe not your project, but maybe one that you are working on that someone else conceived, for example if you are part of a team working on a project at work...
