What cable do you have?

I want to know because my cable sucks and I want to change it.

we have DISH satelite network,it isnt worth the money we pay for it either no-one i speak to these daze is relly happy with their tv programing unless they like to watch news all day......ye-haw!!

Here's a bit of info on Verizon FIOS.
FIOS is offering the latest in high capacity fiber-optic technology. Phone, HD TV and Internet service in one package. The idea is great, but remember, 1) the fiber stops at that Verizon connection at your house - after that you're responsible.They are only responsible for service to their Verizon box. That's where the possibility of a bottle neck can be, thus affecting your service.
2) FIOS has the capacity to carry tons and tons of data, (i.e. HD TV channels), problem is they don't have them yet, When are they coming is the question and,
3) they sign you up to a commitment plan, typically 2 years. So what if I don't want FIOS TV; I like my DirecTV? What if I already have phone service that I'm satisfied with? To bad you can't split it up. Its all or nothing, so you can pay a penalty if you cancel before the two year term is up.
I personally prefer DirecTV with an HD antenna ($40), in my attic for free over air HD broadcast.
