I don't understand why he can't cook it himself. If he really wants you to cook authentic Mexican food, ask him to show you how to do it.

I'll give you a recipe to a really good 7 layer taco dip!
1 can refried beans
1 container sour cream
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 pouch shredded taco cheese
1 container salsa

Brown beef and add taco seasoning. One thin layer at a time, alternate between the ingredients in an ovenproof round casserole, preferably clear glass. The last layer should be cheese.
Cover loosely and bake at 350* for 35 minutes, uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top!

Serve with white corn chips.

IT'S SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!

Mexican huevos rancheros are heavily a real Mexican nutrition recipe. This dish is amazingly scrumptious and mouthwatering. different nicely-primary recipes are Mexican sandwiches, Mexican rolls and Mexican tortas and for ultimate style, attempt warm salsa or particularly spiced salsa to boot.

Ask your Mexican bf what he wants that's real authentic Mexican food.
At least you cook for him, right?
But then it won't ever be as good as his Mom's... so send him back home to Mommy.
