Cannot find gpedit.msc or secpol.msc?

I cannot find gpedit.msc... I have Windows XP and when i click Start>Run>gpedit.msc it says windows cannot find file please try again or retype...
IDK what to do do i have to update windows XP? or something?

If you are using XP Home, then there is no Group Policy Editor. Since Home was not designed to connect to a domain it does not come with the GPE. You must run Pro for this feature.
