OK, first, no court would authorize the killing of a dog unless the animal HAD injured someone or been otherwise PROVEN to be a threat to the public.
Second, if you have that many tickets I suspect your driver's license has been suspended, your uninsureable, and that is now the root of your problems. Most police agencies can "run" your plates from their cars and discover wants and warrants , and by running the name of the registered owner, they can discover your suspension.
Finally, I think your contention that the entire law enforcement community has your picture in their cars with an "ARREST ON SIGHT" caption under it to be just a little hard to believe. Start paying more attention to the way you drive, start obeying ALL the laws, and start accepting responsibility for your own actions.

Well, I'm betting there's a lot more to the story then you're telling us.
You're just cursing along, at the speed limit, in a nice car, no loud music, with nothing wrong with your car, basically doing nothing and get pulled over and they magically find reasons to write up $10,000 in fines? I don't think so.
I'm willing to bet you get pulled over and cop an attitude, which means you've p*ssed off the cops and they start enforcing the law to the LETTER.
Your best bet is get out of there, move someplace where the cops don't know you and quit with the attitude.
And yes I've been stopped for driving and doing nothing wrong, it happens, get over it. No, I didn’t get a ticket, I was nice, and I’m always nice to someone who’s got a gun.

I hate to be a downer, but you're driving very flashy cars that are recognized to be "thuggish." Yeah, it's definitely profling to look at it that way, but that's just a part of life. If you live a flashy lifestyle, you are going to draw attention. Obviously you are speeding if you keep getting so many tickets.....maybe recognize you have a sign on your back, and don't give cops an opportunity to grab you. I've got no love for cops either, but you gotta learn how to stay out of their reach, you know?
As far as pit bulls are concerned, it's been well documented that they are dangerous animals when not properly cared for. I'm not saying you mistreated those animals, but when they repeatedly escape from your house and scare the neighborhood, maybe you ought to think about getting a fence????

Nice web page. Your cars look like drug dealer cars, though...
If you want to stop getting tickets, the first thing you have to do is stop breaking the law. You may get pulled over a lot because you fit a certain profile, but if you are not breaking the law, you will not be ticketed.
The cops only ticket the real criminals.

Lets see...
Flashy cars.... at least nine of them.
Pit Bulls.... the dope dealers best friend.
Attitude... blaming the cops for your issues.
History..... you're pretty much screwed wherever you go.
Money... the ONLY way to make the kind of money you show in your 'rides' is to be involved in illegal activities.
Your grammar and spelling indicate that you're not a brain surgeon or lawyer... and I'm sure that Jack in the Box doesn't pay you that kind of money for cooking the fries....
Sure looks like a good stop on a dope dealer to me. We'll get ya now or we'll get ya later...
Remember, then they'll seize all your 'toys' and money....
You know what we call those supposed 'cars' in your pics?? Gully filling material... $200 car, $5000 wheels... smart, real smart...... with 236000 miles, it's worth about $300 bucks.

It sounds like you buy and sell used cars. With used cars come minor problems and defects that catch the eye of officers doing the job your taxes pay them to do!
Traffic tickets are not misdemeanor warrants, however, criminal offenses with penalties imposing up to a year in jail do get you a misdemeanor warrant so there's more to your story than you state!
Saying you look like a "drug dealer" was probably a bit too much in my own book and I wouldn't have said that!
Overall, it seems you've paid a lot of fines and court costs which aren't the fault of the police...but YOUR fault for failing to comply with the laws!

Yes leave right away. They dont ticket you in Mexico so maybe go there. Perhaps if you didnt act like a jerk they would leave you alone. I dont know you but I know your type. Loud hispanic music. Low rider flashy car with those crappy little tires. No wonder they pull you over. Your pits got loose? I have owned dogs all my life and never have they gotten loose. That is just part of the responcibility of dogs. Keep them on a leash or in a fence. I would have ticketed you also.
Now quit complaining about the police they ae here for our protection. Maybe from you.

Your creative writing teacher shouldn't give you more than a C-. What state are you in? Are you paying sales tax on cars? At best are you dealing in cars without a required dealers license? HTO- Habitual Traffic Offenders- get their picture and info posted on bulletin boards so danger to the public can be taken off street. If you learn to write better and get a moped you may not be bothered by police. If you act in public like a gang-banger/drug runner you will be treated like one.
