Timberwolf Organics or Aunt Jeni's. It will say on the label how much to give. You should consult your vet first before giving any supplement, to see if he/she thinks your dog could use it. If you give unnecessary supplements that could actually be harmful to your dog's health!

1-2 capsules a day is fine. If you go to Sam's Club, you can get the kind that has the mercury, dioxin, and PCBs distilled out. I believe it's the enteric coated type, but look on the bottle. It's around $10 or so. Try to get it from sardines instead of salmon or other fish for a few reasons. First, the salmon population is overfished in many areas. Second, the sardine is a herbivore and therefore the heavy metals, PCBs, etc will not be as bioaccumulative. They still have similar omega 3 levels though. If you want a real concentrated omega 3 fish oil supplement, try the stuff below by IVX.

Also make sure you supplement with vitamin E too (200 IUE should be fine) because the body naturally uses up more vitamin E as it breaks down the fish oil.

I give my GSD Salmon oil, there are several people who supply this and the doze is always on the bottle. Take care with other oils and "Google" for advice.

Try Timber Wolf. It's a little pricey, but excellent quality:

Go to a holistic store, they sell salmon oil. It's a good one I've tried it before (i can't think of the dang name!). I would also recommend end a high quality food if you don't already. My dog is super picky but he loves Orijen.

google Grizzly Salmon Oil.
It comes in a pump bottle, so no pills to shove down. You can just give one squirt over the dogs food. They love it!
