Thanks a lot. Yes I pay for my medical expenses. And leave the country, I return 2 times for medical check up and pay. It's the end of my visa, a lot of people said I cannot renew it, because of the new born... I don't know if was illegal to find a better medical treatment for specific case.

While there isn't much help anyone here can give you for another tourist visa, technically coming to the US and having a child on a tourist visa is not actually illegal, since you left. You can certainly apply for a visa to return for a medical check, but it's very hard to say what your chances of getting one will be. Did you pay for your medical expenses when your child was born? I imagine that the visa officer will want to know that. If you relied on public funds to pay, I doubt very much the interviewing officer will seriously consider giving you another visa now. You'll need to show why you need to return for a medical check. Why isn't this something that could be done in your own country? Is this something more than a simple medical check? Does your child require some sort of medical treatment? How much would this cost, and how do you intend to pay will also be of interest. How long has it been since your last visit to the US? Actually most of the questions that were raised the first time you got a tourist visa will come up again, but you may find them harder to answer this time.

Why would you travel as a tourist so close to your delivery? Get a medical check where you are now. It makes no sense to travel until the child has a stable life.

Why would you come back for a medical checkup? Aren't there any doctors where you are now? Didn't your doctor where you delivered the baby give you your medical records for a doctor at home? Use a specialist where you are now unless you are just wanting to come back .
