i dont really want to sound 2 harsh but i dont think you can love some1 if they dont know you(so obviously you dont know her) if she is one of the popular girls you may have heard alot ABOUT her but thats not REALLY her...try to talk to her, and dont worry about being cool or what not, just be you. Girls love it when guys screw up while talking to them, somehow it just lightens the mood and you can just laugh it off. good luck!

first you should talk to her,i know its scary talking to someone you like,but you have to if you ever want to be her bf.once you talked to her a couple times,flirt.see if she flirts back.if she does thats a sign that she likes you.then you should ask her out on a date,but dont tell her you love her,that would scare her off.hope this helped
