I know tat normally when people took pictures, dey will position the camera up high and took it, Are there any other way/angles to take pics and whic will make ur face looks thin? Im not fat, but my face are really round.

Not just the lens, but the lighting helps. There is a lighting pattern called "split lighting" that would make your face look thinner.

What ever is closest to the lens appears larger. The wider the lens, the larger that looks. The best would be, a longer lens, forehead level, the worst, a short lens, waist level. This is why runway models selling clothes, must be grotesquely thin just to appear normal.

bottom line is you are what you are.. if you have a round face you have a round face and no lens is going to make it thinner... you can make it look more round with a fish eye or wide angle lens... but if your trying to make yourself look thinner the easiest way is to just take a picture of yourself and then resize it but don't check the maintain aspect ratio button and you can then squeeze it in 2.5% and maintain the same height of it... it will then make you look thinner.

As stated, choose the right lens. Additionally corrective lighting will help.
