prove it to her. do loving selfless actions to make her happy. surprise her. you don't need to do anything big to prove your love. just simple things, hugs, little gifts, and kisses. let her talk to you and share things with you. open up to her. let her know that you don't want to be anywhere than with her. comfort her. sing to her. dance with her. just do what you would like her to do to you to prove her love.

Don't believe the hype. No matter what else you do, the best way to say I love you is to open your mouth and say it. This is what a woman wants to hear--not just see from your actions. You can buy her the world and she'll still want to hear those 3 words. You may not be ready now, but if you truly love this woman you'll eventually say I love you.

As of yet, I agree with all the other answers so far.
Actions are so louder than words. If you say you love someone they should already know that. Showing it daily through notes, attitude, how you make that person feel, what you tell others and what they tell her counts as well, your actions and your general status in your relationship.
Is she one of the most important people in your life? Does she know that? How does she really feel about you? How good is your communication with her? Are you "secure" in your relationship? If another girl told her that you cheated would she beleive you or automatically beleive her?

Shower her with attention ... LISTEN to her when she talks and actually care what she has to say! Help her when she falls ... be the shoulder she leans on and be the voice of reason when she feels she is losing her mind! Be the person she confides in ... and let her be the one you confide in!!!

show it , sweep her off her feet , put her on a pestle , and leave her wanting to see you again, give her a lot of eye contact , not to much tho , just when the moment it right , if you love her , show her then tell her, when she is with you make her feel like your the only 2 on earth at that moment
