Corrupt?

This woman risked her life in order to try to save her country.

99.9999% of the planet's population doesn't have a fraction of that courage.

I was very sorry to hear of her death but I think she knew by returning that it would come to that. She was a strong female leader. I keep hearing that the corruption charges against her were "alleged." Sounds like elite powers that were against her may have been what was corrupted. May she rest in peace.

I feel sad over her death, may Allah gives her paradise and patience to her family and children.

If she was corrupt or not but this brutal bombing on her is not justified in any way killing over 20 people with her.

Her death and corruption is two different thing since in pakistan, the one who is in power is clean and the other who is not in power has corruption charges.

to say the least, i dont support her party but she was a brave lady and i feel sad over her death.

She was corrupt and overrated. She was not the saviour that she proclaimed to be for Pakistan.

While Bhutto was in power, she ran a dictatorship, despite being elected. In Islamabad, she is viewed as a political opurtunist, not the saviour of Pakistan.

She decided that the possibility of power was worth risking her life over, and she paid for that decision.

I think she is was a liar, and that she is no better than Musharraf. In fact, worse than Musharraf, since she'll be outsed in a coup, while Musharraf at least has the army under his control.

Unfortuantely, it looks like Pakistan is going to be a dictatorship for the forseeable future.

From what I understand, she wasn't all that popular when she was in power, but after a decade of military rule, the Pakistani people made her into a bit of a hero. She certainly represented democracy to them, if nothing else.

It does make me wonder, and worry, if the Middle East is ever gonna get their sh*t together in my lifetime.

It was sad that she was assassinated. She sounded like a decent person.

Nine years ago, I was a senior in high school and had the priviledge to hear her speak at a conference here in San Diego. It was awesome!

I think she was murdered and murder is wrong. Assassination is wrong. If she was sincere in her desire to save her nation in a moral and just fashion, she certainly did not "deserve to die." Assassins are cowards. No matter their reasons for it.

Sorry to hear of her violent death. Where is her soul now?
With the angels of heaven, or the demons of hell? I don't know.
