According to the Bible, Jesus is the son of God. God sent Jesu to earth to spread his word. However, God; the Holy Spirit; and Jesus are all one ---the Holy Trinity.

In order for Jesus to be the son of God, there are several things that need to be shown true: 1. That a god exists. 2. That Jesus existed. 3. That what the Bible is a trustworthy source of information about God.

For number 1, there is no evidence to indicate that any god exists.
For #2, while we can not conclusively prove that Jesus existed, it also would not be surprising if he had.
For #3, as there is no evidence that any of the miraculous events of the Bible ever happened.

Basically, I'd agree with you, there is no reason to believe in any god or that Jesus was the son of any of them.

It is just a matter of whether you believe that the Bible is true or not. Also, if you don't believe that Jesus is the son of God, and you have read the Bible, then you really don't understand it. It states numerous times in the Bible that Jesus is the son of God. It also never states that Jesus is God, for you Trinitarians out there. If you don't believe the Bible, however, then there's nothing I can do to convince you. It's up to you.

It is difficult to believe that, just because someone said this to you.

But I am sure if you get in touch whit Jesus, if your life meet, encounter Jesus, you will believe he is the Son of God as a spontaneous consequence.

It can't be understood as a notion, as a concept. It has to be lived and felt inside.

It is an experience of immense joy.

You should try to live this experience, I hope you will.

Love.

Immaculate conception is the means through which Mary (mother of Jesus) gave birth to Jesus. Immaculate conception has never occured in the history of the human species prior or after Jesus's birth. It does occur, however, in the plant and insect worlds. But these occurences only produce clones. And I don't think there is anything immaculate or holy about bugs and plants producing crude copies of themselves, do you? And so, immaculate conception by a human being is thought to be a Godly occurence. It is thought thought that God himself is the father, not because he had intercourse with Mary, but because he chose her as the body through which Christ was born. He essentially created Mary, and in turn created Jesus, as he did they cosmos and the Earth and you and me. He is "God" our father.

God's Holy Word says Jesus in the son of our Father in Heaven. I'm sorry you don't believe it's true. I pray that you will get to know Jesus. He is the Good Shepherd, who loves you more than you know.

God bless.

OF COURSE JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD!!! He was born of the virgin mary through the holy spirit. I know this is hard to believe, but how else do you explain the life-altering miracles he preformed. Besides... believing in Jesus and excepting him as your savior is the only bridge to heaven. All other roads lead to hell.
