Can i put an OEM version of xp on a computer and sell the computer with the os on it? legaly?

I have a computer that i want to sell but i only have 1 copy of XP and its an OEM version can i put it on the computer im going to sell and it be legal?

An OEM Windows license can legally be installed on only one PC. If that is the only PC on which the license in question is installed, you can legally install it and sell it.

The operating system CD must accompany the computer. Other then that, it is completely legal.
