acceptable for me just to find a job an apartment and move? Im the administrator of a highrise building and have been here 2 years, the reason he wants to fire me is his own problem he gave me a $700/week budget for employees other than myself to take care of a 50 year old building with 200 apartments oh yeah and somehow Im suppost to provide security. The other reason Im being fired is for refusal to perform illegal tasks. Anyways so he's asking I stay for some undisclosed amount of time I guess so he can replace me I feel like just up and moving this weekend and give he no notice likes he's trying to pull on me. Seam fair? Btw Ive previously quit he used to cry and beg for me to stay also I know with certainty when I leave he will loose massive money (he's the type of guy that will loose a dollar to gain a penny.

Please kick out the job and join some where else. From the information provided by you , i can state that it is NOT worth serving a worthless employer for even a minute more !!!!

Quit Your Job If Anyway Possible, Dont Let Him Fire You Unless You Plan On Getting Unemployment Compensation Otherwise Its Not Worth It Because It Will Make You Look Like A Horrible Worker When You Go Look For Another Job.

I would take your moving from there a possitive! Anytime I moved to a new job in the past it was better, and more money! You sound as if you do not belong in that kind of unhealthey, and ungodly enviroment. So do the absolute best thing, stay as long as you can. make provisions for yourself. Start seeking a new job in a wonderful new attitude! He has given you his permission to leave, but he also kinda minipulates you. I hear this becuase your staying there and he has threatened you to dismiss you. His employee skill's are also out of date that's for shure. He also has much trust in you. For an employeer to threatend their employee and still let them remain in there position, much trust. You will see the new and better position that awaits for you is much better. Have you prayed for a new job? If so hear's (get it? HEAR) your answer... Be on your best behavior, countinue doing your job as you have. Go fill out some applications. When referring to this story(your boss) don't give all details, just that your not working out there, you have been threatened, and that's not the kind of work enviroment you need. To many details might make a new employee wonder about the whole sittuation. But just go with your heart. To me this could be the best thing to happen to you. Your not to sure about leaving, but now you gonna have too! Do you pray and ask Jesus to help? Ask Him! Wow! I'm really happy for you, you will get the job you want, and the boss you need! JIL:)

I sympathize with you wanting to be as compassionate as possible even given the circumstances he has put you in. Personally, I would ask myself how much time could I expect to have once he has found someone else. Would he immediately terminate me or would I have a transition period, and would that period be long enough to find a new job and place to live? Since I would have to think of myself in the end, if I thought he wouldn't give me any time (or enough time) to look for a job and living arrangements other than this notice that I will eventually be fired, then I would look for something now and give him whatever notice I could once I had found and secured another job and place to live.

You can talk to lawyer about a wrongful termination lawsuit. Blow the whistle on him about illegal activities. I'm sure he is also a tax cheat and the feds actually reward the whistle blowers if they get busted cheating out of over a certain amount paying taxes. What else...oh he will tell everyone your a crazy *****/**** weather you are or not. Record your conversations. Really, call just to say hi.

OMG! This excuse you call your boss should be left out in the cold! There is no way you can perform your job on that budget. If you can, move this weekend. He is a slumlord and I bet he's abusive too! Get out as fast as you can!

constructive they injury. If the alarm is going off, i could be late for college. If I drop ketchup on my white shirt, my photograph could be undesirable. If i'm getting criticiced, i'm going to be quite mad at people. If y plans blew away, i could desire to be on my own and the emotional discomfort could injury me. If the submit workplace screwed my important, people will think of i'm no longer advantageous, i did no longer provide them a birthday card or something.

If you can document his illegal activities you may have grounds for a legal suit. Unless you have a written contract with him you should give your two week notice and leave. (Yes I think you should give a written 2 wk notice, his bad behavior does not justify bad behavior on your part) Good luck.

I would have left the first time he asked me to do something illegal. You know he's going to let you go...just leave!
