If someone connected with the "Church" is involved, there should be no charge. It should be part of their responsibility as a spiritual leader and protector of the faithful.

If someone else is engaged in this activity, they can charge what they want - all that they can. As much as you are willing to pay to take care of the situation.

Likely the Govt. has not yet set minimum wage for this job description. Likely it would come under self employment regulations.

I have done it for no charge, I suspect that if some one charges for the service they are not really doing a proper complete job of it.
I don't know why anyone who can do it would even think of charging for the service.

I would imagine you can fleece someone for all they have. If they believe that you have freed them from supernatural entity that they truly believe inhabited them.
