I have never been a morning person and I'd like to change my ways! I own a business (someone else runs it) so I have absolutely NO routine. I have a 7 year old (who my husband gets off to school every day) and I have a 2 year old who I bring to daycare (I own it). So, please...do you have any tips re: being a better morning person. Also, I want to have more routine and structure in my day...any suggestions to help get my life on track and start the new year off right??

Set aside at least 15 minutes to exercise. Yes, exercise will give you more energy and help you wake up. Get a stationary bike, put it right by your bed, and ride for 15 minutes. It will really help get you started.
Also, make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Did you know that apples can wake you up and give you energy even better than coffee? I'll admit I'm a coffee lover, but I can't/won't drink it now that I'm pregnant. I was surprised that the apple trick actually worked when I tried it.
Not everyone is a morning person (my three - year - old still isn't), but maintaining a healthy diet and getting regular exercise can help improve your mornings. Good luck!

Always get up at least an hour before, make lots of time for yourself and time for a healthy breakfast. Warm water with a few drops of lemon gives your system a boost. Its hard at first , eating in the morning, but your body will adjust to it,

well eating a big healthy breakfast is always a great way to start off your day.... try going to sleep earlier so you wake up refreshed not tired.... if you are still tired in the morning splash your face with some cold water.... this always wakes me up lol.... or if you have enough time try taking showers in the morning..... this also wakes me up....... i hope i helped :)
