niemand liebt sie

Niemand liebt sie (more in the real sense of love)

niemand hat sie lieb (more like in a parent/child or close friendship meaning of love)

niemand mag sie (closer to nobody likes them)

"Niemand liebt sie" would be the straight translation. But look out: it's unclear if you talk about some persons or some things or just one female person in this statement. If it is a single sentence without any context you should call "them" by their names, because it would be mysterious who or what is meant with "sie".

Niemand liebt sie.

I would probably translate it:
niemand mag sie
(nobody likes them)
or
niemand liebt sie
(nobody loves them)

Depending on exactly what you want to say.
