I question that story just because you would have been dead or either extremely dehydrated by now.
In any case, go see your PCP before it's the end for you.

Your diet, irritable bowel syndrome, parasite (very likely) you need to see a doctor. Also start keeping food journal as Dr would want to know if any foods make worse, happen faster, etc. Check drinking water, could have high bacteria level, thus diahrreah

I recommend going to the doctor asap. You could have coliditus (however you spell it) in which you could actually be allergic to certain foods, and if you eat them you get diarrhea.
