As a layman expert, Here is my general Idea.
You suffer from a form of Social anxiety, It shows in your fear of people looking at you . Also in speaking up. Also stemming FROM anxiety can be nervousness, headaches, low tone (submissive in anxious times) and moodiness and all the complaints in the area of being egotistical, etc point toward self esteem issues.
All tie together with just anxiety. Solve that and learn coping skills, and then what drives the Pain in the butt in you may go away by itself.
You are NOT Schizophrenic, nor bipolar.
You need to talk to a TALK counselor first, Get a general idea what you are dealing with and then with his/her advise go to a psychiatrist. (a psychiatrist will only take around 10 minutes, diagnose you, and give you whatever he guesses. He has no choice, insurance pays for a half hour and you can't see a psychiatrist for talk. So see the talk and get what is happening in a nice easy explanation for a psy/med Dr.

Do remember that not ALL traits of yourself are "symptoms". You might just be egotistical...LOL

Dude, seriously, if I didn't know you to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses I would think that you had a VERY wild night on the town and are suffering from a hangover or... well... I won't say. :-) However, since THAT'S ruled out (uh... hopefully/ lol) it sounds to me like you may have either food poisoning OR a "bug" of some sort. Hopefully it's like a 24 hour virus and you'll be back to feeling normal by sometime tomorrow. Still, I'd go and get checked out if I were you. Ciao

See assertiveness, at http://www.livinglifetothefull.com and http://www.mind.org.uk/ You are insecure, and suffer from anxiety, to some degree: this may include a measure of social anxiety. Practise one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. They will teach you a measure of patience, and how to centre yourself, emotionally. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris also refer. Volunteer, even from home, at first, to provide a solid basis in reality for the daily affirmations: "I am a good person, who is valued by my community, because I.. (insert activity here)..". You may learn from this to be more selfless/less selfish. Section 47 refers. Self/esteem/confidence are addressed in section 38. Practice speaking in a louder voice in your mirror: your current low tones are a result of insecurity, and lack of self confidence. Also see sections 6, and 9. Headaches are addressed in section 14, but I doubt that you willl benefit much, if any, because they are probably of psychological origin. Once you have practiced these things for a few months, decide whether you need further therapy, in which case, examine the www.1-800-therapist.com website, in section 1, and use the locators, and phone book, to find someone you feel comfortable with. If you're fairly suggestible, the following are reliable, and reasonably priced: 7 results for insecurity

Hm. Maybe you're getting your period. That would explain the aggression, the head aches, the moddiness and impatience. As for the other symptoms, it might just be that you're going through a hard time right now, or are very stressed. Or, maybe it's just your personality.

Hmmm I'm no proffessional, but it sounds like you could be a combination of schizophrenic and a sociopath.
Go to google and type in schizophrenic and then do another search for sociopaths. You should be able to find alot of stuff. See if you fit in with these two definitions.
Good luck.

A nervous problem, or epilepsy. Have you seen a doc so that you can be medicated. They will probably predcribe an anti-convulsant, but be careful bc they cause major side effects!.....or maybe you are already on meds, and these ARE the side effects.

You have hypochondria and are narcissistic.

Go and do something nice for somebody else, and remember that the world does not revolve around you!
