Hi everyone, i just wanted to get a few opinions, as i am calling the vet this morning after they open but i wanted some of your opinions. I have a 3 year boston terrier she has always been regular on her cycle, however she had puppies August 29th. almost 4 months ago, (this was her second litter) i noticed last night that she is showing signs of coming back into heat, which is early for her. I was planning on having her spay before her next heat which shouldnt have been for another couple of months. but now since she is showing the signs that date may be pushed up sooner. Can she safely be spay if she is in fact coming into season. She is My Baby I have had her since she was 2 weeks old, she was a bottle baby, I do not want any harm to come to her and i know that having her spay is the best thing for her, like i said i am calling the vet this morning after they open i just wanted a few of your opinions on the idea. thanks in advance.

I agree that she should have been spay before now. She was an only Pet. However both her liiters were pure bred, and had loving homes even before they were born, so please to don't confuse me with an un caring BYB. The important thing now is that she is GOING to be Spay.

Also when i said her cycles have been regular, they were every 6 months. after her first litter she came in season again six months after her first litter then 6 months after that.
