interesting question
mind is the key factor here - our mind ''tames'' our body, but still i'm not sure which one betrays the other. guess it's 50-50
(i'm sorry for not using the capitals where needed - my keyboard has ''betrayed'' me today :p)

It's the mind which controls the body. If you can't control your body, you can't control your mind. If I climax, it's because in my mind, I don't want to delay anymore. I believe that I can't hold back any longer. So, I GIVE myself permission to climax. Thing is, if you are having intercourse, you are supposed to be making sure that there are at least TWO people climaxing. So you need to have already accomplished this task or be capable of inducing this stupefying condition by other means. If you don't know which means they are you may want to study up a bit.

It can be both, and this depends on the person.
Mastery over the MIND aspect of intercourse should enable one to last much longer. To achieve this, however, a process of conditioning is required, which in turn requires a certain level of cooperation between the mind and BODY.
Certain physiological problems can contribute to the inablility to perform for the desired duration, as can psychological issues.
As to what betrays us in the sense you suggest, I would thus say both the mind and the body are capable of being the culprit - quite often they are co-conspirators.

I think of mind/body questions as belonging in the philosophy department. By the way, as a woman I can tell you we don't always want our partner to last longer. Bad sex is even worse when it takes forever.

Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex, depending on different cultures, countries and experts. Behavioural techniques can help you delay orgasm. Learn here https://tr.im/kRrjf
These include the start-and-stop method and the squeeze technique. A combination of these techniques along with sexual counselling and medication (either using an anaesthetic cream or an oral tablet) is recommended.

lol-speak for yourself-i think this one might be deleted as some will be offended but both mind and body can be taught-and the sex can go on for a very long time-it is a very pleasant way to spent an evening lock in embrace with a loving partner for hours-there is no reason to rush what feels so good-----just my thoughts---smile and enjoy the day

It's your body that gets tired but your mind is what makes you get excited

I think length of performance in sexual intercourse (for a man anyway) is a mind over matter issue
