Really a difficult question, but;
if we want make each 2 numbers opposite each other equal 5.
it will be 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 3 3 2 2.

I guess its like.. you add one first then two then you deduct one and then two which leads to zero that is 00:00 taking 24 hrs system into consideration.
like 1+1=2 .. 2+2=4....4-1=3....3-2= 0
